Date£º 2016-04-14

On the morning of the 9th of April, Twelve of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University¡¯s International students with the lead of two teachers from the management of the school (Mr. Jin and Mrs. Rong) paid a lovely visit to the orphanage for the community services with the motto of ¡°What¡¯s life without helping one another?¡±.

Orphanages are an important part of our society as they give children the kind of upbringing they need regardless of their family situation. Too often children find themselves in a situation where they don't have parents to take care of them. The reasons can be many but at the end the result is the same they become kids with nowhere to go and no way to get the proper care they need. That is why people need to visit orphanages more often to help out the kids so they don¡¯t feel completely left out.

The kind of care given to kids in orphanages varies depending on their age. Many will take in children as young as infants and do the best they can to raise them and give them the proper nutrition and care they need to grow healthy and strong. As kids get older they'll be educated, usually in-house. Classrooms are often set up to teach kids everything from their alphabet and multiplication tables to useful vocational skills that will lead them to solid jobs when they eventually leave.
The kids welcomed the International students and management of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University with a dance choreographed by themselves.

After the kids had felt mesmerizing welcome dance which left most of the   International student and the management teary and touched; was over, they decided to teach them the basic moves. In return, the International Students decided to do the same and showing them the moves from their respective countries. The atmosphere was all laughter and fun as everyone begin warm up towards each other.

The International Students sang a Chinese song along with the children, practicing the dances they had been taught as they sang along. After a while, the international students decided to teach the kids a couple of Basic English Language while the Chinese students did the same.

The orphanage was a place with activities all afternoon as students played all sorts of games with kids with includes Hide and Seek, Blowing balloons and other games.
After spending most of the day together having fun and getting to know each other bidding farewell to thekids was the hardest for the International Students and their teachers.
