Dr. Qingkuan Liu is a Professor of Wind Engineering in Shijiazhuang Tiedao University. His research fields include wind load, wind induced vibration and control of bridges and structures. He teaches Wind Engineering course for graduated students. As project chief, He has finished about 50 projects research work, include National Natural Science Foundation of China.
