Mr. Wang Hailin is a Director of Research Institute of National Defence Communication in Shijiazhuang Tiedao University. His research fields include Disaster prevention and reduction engineering, Bridge engineering theory and design, Emergency repair of bridge engineering theory and design. He has published more than 20 papers in journals.

3.      2003 SPJ450/32 assembled bridging machine was awarded Shanxi Science and Technology Progress Award second prize.

4.      2004 Busy railway trunk bridge Replacement Technology was awarded Hebei Science and Technology Progress Award.

5.      2005 SPZ1100/40 assembly line railway box girder bridge-building machine was awarded Hebei Science and Technology Progress Award.
