Application Procedure
Step 1: Scholarship apply online
Apply on the link: http://apply.stdu.edu.cn
To complete the forms and upload the files needed on the system.
Step 2: Materials Approval
The International Office of STDU will check the application materials and and send feedback accordingly. Once all are completed and qualified, Step 3 is following.
Step 3: Offer: Admission Notice
The Offer(E-version) as admission notice will be issued online.
Step 4: Application Fee
To pay the application fee(500 RMB) to the university account in 7 days.
When paying the application fee, please indicate the applicant’s name and the Number of the Admission Notice.
Step 5:Government Approval
The Government International Education Office will check the application materials . If the application is approved successfully. The first year tuition fee should be paid soon.
Step 6: Tuition Payment
Accordingly, to pay the full tuition fee successfully as soon as possible. When paying the tuition, please indicate the applicant’s name and the number of the admission notice.
Step 7: Post of the paper version Offer letter and JW 202
The Offer Letter and JW 202 will be sent to the address of the applicant by post.
Step 8: To get the studying Visa
To apply for the student visa(X) in the Chinese Embassy or Consulate with all the paper documents and materials.
Application materials
❶ Online application Form completely filled up.
❷ Photocopy (scanned copy) of passport details.
❸◢Application for Bachelor’s programs should provide high school graduate certificate and transcripts in English.
◢Application for Master’s programs should provide bachelor graduate certificate and transcripts in English, two recommendation letters by professors of related field.
◢Application for doctoral programs should provide Master graduate certificate and transcripts in English, two recommendation letters by professors of related field.
❹ Bank Statement.
❺ Medical Test Record.
❻ No Criminal Report/Certificate of Clearance.
❼ Proof of English proficiency:TOEFL/ IELTS or HSK 4 Certificate, with a score of 180 and above.
(All originals should be provided at office registration)
